Overview

The Portfolio Customer Success Manager at Viseven Group will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving adoption of the SaaS platform eWizard, providing expert guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong client engagement skills at strategic and operational levels.
  • Project management capabilities and focus on driving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends is a plus.
  • Comfort with data and KPIs for trend analysis.
  • Fluent/Advanced English language skills.
