Director of Implementation and Delivery - Remote

Overview

The Director of Implementation and Delivery will be responsible for managing large transformational program delivery in the region, overseeing the onboarding of clients onto Pismo’s all-in-one SaaS processing platform for banking and payments.

• Accountable for managing large transformational program delivery.
• Manage onboarding of clients onto Pismo’s SaaS platform.
• Lead implementation teams for successful product implementations.
• Manage large digital transformation programs, including greenfield implementations.
• Oversee a team of Delivery & Implementation Leads.
• Act as key contact point for clients, assisting with planning and risk identification.
• Implement strong governance and reporting for the program.
• Mentor and grow the team in project management and technical configuration.
• Experience in managing business and technology change programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence clients at senior levels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years of work experience preferred with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Technical implementation background in a platform organization.
• Experience in consultancy with understanding of digitization in banking.
• Ability to challenge and negotiate activities and timelines.
• Experience in identifying and mitigating key risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Deep cards industry experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Mastercard and Visa scheme rules is a plus.
