Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and strategies across revenue-generating departments, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency to drive growth and maximize revenue.

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of optimizing processes and driving measurable improvements in revenue performance.
