Account Manager, Sales (IT Sales) - Remote

In Short

• Manage and expand accounts beyond our current client base.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Monitor account performance for improvement.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Accurately forecast and track sales performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of proven success in a sales role, preferably in IT.
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagement.
