Deployment Support Analyst/Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Deployment Support Analyst is responsible for participating in the production introduction of customer and home automation equipment, providing analysis, research, and support for various projects in their field.

In Short

• Participate in technological validations and monitor production pilots for customer and home automation equipment projects.
• Follow up on load increases, deployment of customer equipment, and software updates.
• Produce and analyze KPIs and dashboards.
• Provide level 3 support to operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent training.
• Relevant experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficiency in software such as MS Office.
• Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written.
• Experience with WiFi equipment.
• Knowledge of IP protocols and traffic generation tools.

Requirements

• Mastery of technical concepts and practices to gather facts and support the team in solution implementation.
• OIQ membership is a plus.
