Engagement Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Support Analyst will be part of the Client Engagement team, focusing on the development and deployment of Access Genius, a market access solution for biopharmaceutical clients.

In Short

• Collaborate with mentors and leadership for project initiation.
• Develop understanding of Managed Markets and payer data.
• Collect business requirements and test product offerings.
• Manage project plans and communicate progress.
• Facilitate design and MRL submission processes.
• Coordinate meetings with various teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction through inquiry management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time.
• Strong internet connection for large files and calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Project Coordination experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Project Management Software preferred.
