Requirements

• Strong operational knowledge of contact center platforms.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of healthcare technology and CRM systems.
• Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations is a plus.
