• Keep up with advancements in AI for sales and marketing applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve AI tool functionality.

Requirements

• Experience with low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and API integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
