In Short

• Build and maintain secure and scalable staking systems.
• Design, deploy, and maintain staking infrastructure across multiple PoS networks.
• Ensure uptime, security, and performance of validators, sentries, and RPC nodes.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
• Implement robust security practices across the staking infrastructure.
• Configure and manage network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams.
• Work in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or related role.
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar tooling.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Python or Go experience for automation is desirable.
• Understanding of staking protocols and blockchain consensus mechanisms.
