Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated RPA Developer with solid experience in implementing robotic process automation solutions using BluePrism and Power Automate.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using BluePrism and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented RPA solutions.
• Document RPA processes and solutions clearly and in detail.
• Train and support other team members on the use of BluePrism and Power Automate.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in RPA development.
• Advanced proficiency in BluePrism and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of key RPA tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
