As Vida continues to scale its virtual care platform, we’re seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead execution and platform strategy for Braze, ensuring efficient and effective campaign execution across all member-facing functions.

In Short

• Lead execution and platform strategy for Braze.
• Act as primary owner of Braze across member-facing functions.
• Translate campaign requirements into actionable workflows.
• Build, QA and launch campaigns across all channels.
• Optimize engagement touchpoints in Braze.
• Implement experimentation frameworks and performance reporting.
• Manage and mentor a Marketing Operations Coordinator.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Document and improve campaign intake processes.
• Ensure quality control across messaging logic.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Marketing Automation/Operations experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Braze or similar platforms.
• Experience managing direct reports or mentoring.
• Strong technical understanding of personalization logic.
• Ability to scale campaign processes through automation.
• Familiarity with Liquid, HTML, Looker or Amplitude.
• Process-oriented with experience in documentation.
• Clear communicator with project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and requests.
