The Intervention Systems & Content Operations Manager at Vida is responsible for driving technical content operations and platform infrastructure to support the delivery of clinical programs, ensuring high-quality management and enhancement of content-rich health interventions.

• Own and optimize CMS operations, including headless CMS implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years in content operations or digital health.
• Strong understanding of content management workflows.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian tools, especially Jira.
• Experience supporting cross-functional sprint teams.
• Ability to execute repeatable workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.
