Overview

Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is seeking a Content Operations Manager to lead and optimize content strategy for our clients. This is a remote, work-from-home position. However, candidates must be based in the U.S. and available to work primarily during West Coast business hours.

In Short

  • Conduct content audits to maintain relevance, fill gaps, and ensure brand and compliance alignment.
  • Update and refine content across blogs, case studies, marketing materials, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure content meets SEO best practices, UX principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns while ensuring message consistency.
  • Track and analyze content performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop toolkits, training, and support materials to help teams and partners understand, implement, and maintain content standards effectively.
  • Manage multiple content projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and efficiency using management tools like Jira.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in content strategy, content management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and project management software like Jira.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, UX principles, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Skilled at interpreting data to drive content strategy decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
