Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with over 5 years of PUGC/PGC operation experience preferred.
• Experience in content/community-based platform operations preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Excellent data analysis skills for complex data diagnosis.
• Ability to communicate deeply with creators and understand their needs.
• Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
