• Drive growth of Bumper Lifecycle and Bumper Ads platforms across Canadian dealerships.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Help dealers modernize their marketing and retention strategies.
• Realize on-target earnings in excess of $140,000 in the first year.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within established guidelines.
• Develop territory plans identifying high-value prospects.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and retention.
• Stay current on automotive retail trends.
• Represent Vicimus at industry events as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B software sales experience selling to automotive dealerships.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Strong presentation and demonstration abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
