Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience required.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Post-secondary education.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Automotive service background preferred.
• Preferred CRM database experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
