Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As an early implementation manager at Vesta, you'll work closely with the team to lead end to end implementation projects with our clients, ensuring we set the foundation for our customers ongoing success.

In Short

• Lead end to end implementation projects from sales handoff through user testing and post-go-live.
• Become a Vesta product expert and oversee the configuration and customization of the LOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the right expectations and solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to assess progress and mitigate risks.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Experience managing large scale, enterprise-level projects.
• Deep customer focus and ability to advocate for customer and company needs.
• Understanding of software deployment in enterprise organizations.
• Curiosity and willingness to understand the mortgage ecosystem.
