In Short

• Research and correct rejected claims and post payments.
• Resubmit claims with necessary documentation.
• Post payments or rejections received.
• Communicate with payers to status or reprocess claims.
• Bill Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance carriers.
• Update accounts receivable with new accounts or missed payments.
• Inform clients on outstanding balances and debts.

Requirements

• Great written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Energetic and organized.
• Comfortable learning new things quickly.
