Referral Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

Verse Medical is building the modern software infrastructure to improve patient care coordination. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Referral Operations Associate to manage our patient referral process.

In Short

• Review medical documentation from clinics.
• Contact medical suppliers to confirm service availability.
• Send referrals via fax or email.
• Follow up with suppliers on referred orders.
• Identify and escalate referral issues to leadership.
• Support team growth by training new members.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in Customer Service or healthcare Care Coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
• Comfortable making calls to U.S. businesses.
• Experience in healthcare operations or medical billing is a plus.
