• Act as a voice for clinics and patients internally.

• Identify and flag at-risk orders or delays.
• Contribute to knowledge base updates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer support or healthcare operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Comfort with systems like G-Suite and Kustomer.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
