A detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller is needed to join a remote team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service.

In Short

• Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims via electronic and paper billing systems
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve billing issues with payers
• Post payments and reconcile patient accounts
• Manage patient billing inquiries and process statements
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation
• Coordinate with the front office team and clinical team to ensure clean claim submission
• Stay current with payer policies and compliance regulations
• Assist with reporting and audits as needed

Requirements

• Strong background in medical billing, preferably in physical therapy or outpatient services
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and support skills
