Medical Biller - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Medical Biller to join our growing team, where you will manage billing tasks and ensure accurate claims processing for healthcare providers.

In Short

• Full-time remote position based in the Philippines.
• Work hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM AEST.
• Manage medical billing claims and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile payments and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers for billing details.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare billing.
• Familiarity with Australian medical billing systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English are required.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Work independently within Australian time zones.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Medical VA, Health VA, or in a similar healthcare billing role.
• Familiarity with Australian medical billing systems (Medicare, DVA, private health insurers) preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and billing processes.
• Experience using billing software, Excel, and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within Australian time zones.
