Overview

The Manager, Implementation (Registration) at VERSANT is responsible for leading a team to ensure successful onboarding and activation processes for Enterprise clients in the Youth & Recreational Sports group.

In Short

• Lead a team of Implementation Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in software implementation or project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a SaaS business preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in a managerial role is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish trust within the team.
• Ability to communicate issues and risks to Senior Management.
