Overview

Verkada is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to support our global Operations and Sales teams in a remote capacity, focusing on problem-solving and attention to detail.

In Short

• Communicate order and return status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Process incoming orders and validate purchase order contents.
• Handle incoming returns and initiate the refurbishment process.
• Support inbound and outbound shipments with the operations team.
• Collaborate with Finance on returns and orders issues.
• Take on projects to support Verkada's operations.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call center setting required.
• Proficient in email handling and order entry.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
