Brilliant is seeking a full time, experienced Fulfillment Support Specialist to join our rapidly-growing, profitable, boot-strapped company. Brilliant delivers the best corporate gifting experiences in the world through best-in-class white glove service, product expertise, in-house fulfillment capabilities, and a leading proprietary technology platform.

In Short

  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to define success metrics for fulfillment projects.
  • Coordinate the setup of complex projects within the fulfillment management system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related errors for warehouse operations.
  • Develop internal documentation and training materials for new tools.
  • Identify user experience challenges and share insights with the product team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and shipping carriers.
  • Manage customer concerns effectively through support ticketing platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service.
  • Support the International Operations Manager on overseas shipment projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in product support or operations support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with software applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and project management workflows.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and vendors.
  • Customer-focused mindset committed to exceptional service.
