Overview

As a Renewal Subscription Representative at Veriforce, you will play a pivotal role in renewing and retaining our existing customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our services.

In Short

  • Manage and renew existing customer subscriptions.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with bonuses for exceeding targets.
  • Make 55-60 outbound calls daily to warm leads.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Overcome objections and challenges in the sales process.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for renewal.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and guidance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma (or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of sales systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
