Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will solve the hardest problems that our customer-facing teams have to escalate, providing timely and accurate solutions to technical and integration issues.

In Short

  • Take ownership of reported issues and ensure their resolution.
  • Conduct research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and identify solutions to address system and service problems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate developers and document standardized solutions.
  • Handle crises in the event of feature failures or application downtime.
  • Develop, track, and report on key metrics.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and resolve production incidents.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Support or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of software programming.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Fundamental knowledge of APIs.
  • Comfortable creating longer SQL queries.
  • Capability to troubleshoot web applications.
  • Comfort working with Mac, Linux, and Windows.
  • A proactive approach to teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
