Overview

As an Associate Account Manager at Veriff, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on integrations, driving adoption, and ensuring customer success.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a CSM/AM in the SaaS industry.
• Experience with analytical tools and data-driven performance assessments.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and positive customer feedback.
• Success in partnering with clients to drive product utilization.
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives and Product Teams.
