It’s a fast-paced market with many challenges. We need new talent on board to help us fill the gaps: bringing new ways of thinking into the team and, therefore, new possibilities. Our team blends operational excellence with technical insight: bringing together systems, processes, and analytics to ensure Veriff runs efficiently and intelligently.

In Short

• Lead a growing team of analytics engineers and data scientists.
• Set and enforce high standards for data modeling and analytics engineering.
• Design core, reusable data models for scalable reporting.
• Define best practices for using dbt and data governance.
• Build foundations for production-grade ML models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
• Drive a culture prioritizing complete and accurate data.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of excellence.
• Work closely with Data Engineering on impactful roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in dbt and analytics engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of scalable data pipelines and cloud environments.
• Advanced SQL skills; knowledge of Python or R.
• Ability to lead problem-solving efforts and translate data into impact.
• Expertise in data visualization, ideally Tableau.
• Experience mentoring or leading a team.
