• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of payment analysts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payment analytics or financial analysis.
• 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in payments.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong skills in Excel.
• Experience working with APIs to extract payment data.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
