Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing data analytics professionals.
• Experience in implementing self-service analytics platforms.
• Strong focus on accuracy and timeliness of analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Build first mentality for product delivery.
• Proactive involvement from team members.
• Expertise in experimentation analytics is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus.
