• Lead and manage a team of data analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Explore blockchain opportunities and risks.
• Optimize validation processes through research and modeling.
• Design and develop end-to-end data solutions.
• Provide informative dashboards to teams and stakeholders.
• Configure data platform instruments for data processing.
• Formulate data requirements for the engineering team.
• Provide ad-hoc support to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong managerial skills with experience managing a team.
• Knowledge of data engineering architecture and big data technologies.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and analytical Python stack.
• Experience with ETL tools like Airflow and dbt.
• Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
• Data research skills and knowledge of probability theory.
• English level B2+.
• Knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain is a plus.
