Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as Lead-Data Analytics. The candidate will work in a diverse environment, contributing to analytics-driven solutions.

• Hands-on experience in programming tools like R or Python (preferably Python).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning Models Development and Validation.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques.
• Good knowledge of SQL programming basics.
• Experience with descriptive analytics methods.
• Strong understanding of Data Pre-processing steps.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Text Analytics experience is a plus.
• Advanced Degree or Certification in Statistics is a nice to have.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in the data science domain.
• B.E / B.Tech / Msc/M.Tech degree.
