Overview

The Data and Analytics Lead will manage and deliver analytics and insights, data science/AI/models, reporting, and data-driven personalization for Australia and New Zealand, focusing on revenue, marketing, and CRM outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in credit risk decisioning or related fields.
• Bachelor in Mathematics/Statistics.

• Understanding of Data Science Tools, Databricks, and SQL.
• Experience in the Financial Services/credit landscape.
• Ability to synthesize different points of view.
