Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in Customer Experience or Analytics.
• Must attain required regulatory Licensure(s).
• Expertise in SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into analytical frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Sports Betting and Online Gambling is a plus.
