VIP Events Associate - Remote

Overview

FanDuel Group is looking for an Associate of VIP Events to support the VIP hospitality and event offering, managing hospitality assets and assisting with the planning and delivery of VIP events.

In Short

• Plan and deliver on VIP events with the support of Key Stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, various departments and suppliers
• Conduct research to find best fit venues and entertainment providers
• Support in-person events to ensure executional efficiency
• Collect post-event data to create summaries
• Manage account manager led events
• Stay updated with industry trends
• Other duties as required to support business needs

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in high end event planning preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in managing budgets and vendor communication
• Confident and people-focused personality
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
• Proficient in event management software tools
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work on multiple events at a time
• Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours
• Travel for this role is expected to be around 30%
