Overview

The Training Specialist I supports improved and sustained high-quality contact center performance by facilitating training for servicing payment products, digital banking, and marketing programs.

In Short

• Conducts instructor-led activities for contact center specialists.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and procedures.
• Provides feedback on training modules and performance.
• Administers quizzes and assessments to identify learning gaps.
• Participates in project teams and local activities.
• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Facilitates and coordinates virtual training.
• Utilizes Microsoft Office tools.
• May require minimal travel and weekend work.
• Oversees and directs training activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
• 1+ years of training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of call center operations and banking preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Dynamic presentation skills.
• Flexibility to adjust to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• General clerical and basic computer skills.
