Overview

The Senior Client Strategist is a pivotal member of our Financial Services account support team, driving revenue through the successful design and implementation of customer acquisition and growth programs for banks and credit unions.

  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand clients' challenges.
  • Architect solutions leveraging Vericast's capabilities.
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with clients post-sale.
  • Create compelling content to position Vericast as a thought leader.
  • Analyze program performance data for optimization.
  • Develop and present quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Directors for territory execution plans.
  • Travel at least 50% of the time for client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services marketing.
  • Previous senior management role in bank or credit union marketing required.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of successful customer acquisition programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
