Overview

The Financial Client Services Specialist will serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, responsible for supporting, implementing, and training clients on financial software products.

In Short

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Provide training and technical support for financial software.
  • Develop expertise in the Financials suite of products.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve solutions.
  • Identify areas for knowledge sharing and create training materials.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and migration to new platforms.
  • Travel to conferences and client visits as needed.
  • Work in a remote capacity with flexibility.
  • Contribute to impactful ongoing and project work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Bond Finance or corporate Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to perform month-end closing tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with government financing is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and software support preferred.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
