VergeSense is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growth-driven marketing team, responsible for shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for VergeSense's Occupancy Intelligence Platform.

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing.
• Responsible for positioning & messaging, launches, and GTM strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
• Support multi-persona enterprise sales cycle.
• Create compelling product positioning that resonates with target audiences.
• Drive product adoption and market awareness.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to bring customer stories to life.
• Develop sales enablement tools for marketing and sales teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design impactful campaigns.

Requirements

• 3-5 years product marketing experience.
• Prior experience in business consulting or product management is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in executing GTM strategies for B2B SaaS products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with PropTech or workplace analytics is an advantage.
