Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at Veracyte, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to healthcare providers and patients, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years in customer service within healthcare or biotech.
  • Understanding of order and case management practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating data and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Understanding of PHI protection and HIPAA compliance.
