Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at Veracyte, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to healthcare providers and patients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

Manage and monitor customer orders and cases.
Perform outreach to physician offices to resolve order issues.
Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with Sales to enhance customer retention.
Analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Work in a remote position with a M-F schedule based on PST.
2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
Must adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
2+ years in customer service within healthcare or biotech.
Understanding of order management practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
Proven success in managing orders with high performance.
Ability to analyze data and trends effectively.
Experience partnering with Sales teams.
Comprehensive understanding of PHI protection.
