Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at Veracyte, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to healthcare providers and patients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage and monitor customer orders and cases.
  • Perform outreach to physician offices to resolve order issues.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Sales to enhance customer retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work in a remote position with a M-F schedule based on PST.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
  • Must adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years in customer service within healthcare or biotech.
  • Understanding of order management practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Proven success in managing orders with high performance.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends effectively.
  • Experience partnering with Sales teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of PHI protection.
