Requirements

  • Remote/Hybrid capabilities available in specific states.
  • Availability for an 8:30 - 5 PM or 9:30 – 6 PM EST schedule.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications.
