Join our dynamic team as a Specialist Customer Care and elevate customer support to the next level by focusing on solutions that provide real value to users.

In Short

  • Manage and coordinate external 1st Level Support.
  • Design and implement smart service processes focusing on automated self-service solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize necessary tools like helpdesk tools and documentation.
  • Regularly communicate and coordinate with service units of our business partners.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries in 2nd Level Support.
  • Identify improvement potentials for product management and 1st Level Support.
  • Monitor and actively manage app reviews and company ratings.
  • Responsible for overall complaint management.
  • Establish structured reporting on support volumes, topic clusters, and development potentials.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented with a passion for direct customer contact.
  • Enjoy working in a team of international colleagues.
  • Experience in optimizing service processes, ideally focusing on AI-based solutions and automation.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good technical understanding and proficient in using apps and mobile payment solutions.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude.
