Customer Care Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a freelance Customer Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. Your role will be to make sure every interaction feels smooth, helpful, and professional.

In Short

• Manage customer inbox (email + chat).
• Answer product questions clearly and promptly.
• Redirect sales or training requests to the right person.
• Gather detailed information for bug reports and prepare summaries.
• Document recurring questions to improve the knowledge base.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Experience in customer support preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
