Overview

The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) provides exceptional consumer support through timely, accurate, and compassionate communication, managing inquiries across email, chat, and phone channels.

In Short

  • Provides courteous and accurate support across multiple channels.
  • Resolves consumer inquiries regarding orders, products, and subscriptions.
  • Maintains brand voice and upholds service-level expectations.
  • Acts as a power user of Gorgias, Shopify, and ShipBob.
  • Documents quality concerns and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
  • Participates in team meetings and special projects.
  • Requires 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Part-time commitment of 20–30 hours per week.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or CPG.
  • Experience with CRM or help desk platforms, such as Gorgias or Zendesk.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
