Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales activities in the municipal sector for drinking water, wastewater, and process technology solutions in Ontario and Manitoba, promoting Veolia's solutions and building relationships with stakeholders.

In Short

  • Promote Veolia Water Technologies solutions in the municipal market.
  • Manage sales activities and develop business relationships.
  • Participate in business development activities such as congresses and conferences.
  • Collaborate on commercial strategies and project tenders.
  • Follow up on bids to maximize conversion to orders.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and existing plants.
  • Update sales database and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Communicate market analysis and competition insights.

Requirements

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree related to the job.
  • Ten years of experience in water treatment sales.
  • Knowledge of the municipal environment and water treatment processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proven sales competencies and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to develop technical reports and presentations.
  • Self-sufficient with good organizational skills.
