Global Process Owner - Record to Report (R2R) - Remote

Overview

The Global Process Owner for Record to Report (R2R) will serve as a key link between VWTS Finance and the Shared Service R2R team, focusing on process optimization and stakeholder engagement to drive business value.

In Short

• Bridge between VWTS Finance and Shared Service R2R team.
• Capture and refine end-to-end business objectives of R2R processes.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Involved in ERP (SAP) implementations.
• Harmonize processes and drive standardization across regions.
• Develop and maintain finance policies and procedures.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are established and met.
• Manage audit processes and data integrity.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders and service providers.
• Lead process governance meetings and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or related field.
• Strong integrity and leadership skills.
• Expertise in control and operational risk.
• Experience in process standardization in large organizations.
• Good understanding of finance and SAP ERP systems.
• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA or CIMA) preferred.
• Strong IFRS experience and understanding.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
