Overview

The Global Process Owner for GAIA will lead the deployment strategy and evolution of the GAIA 2.0 tool, ensuring continuous improvement of extra-financial information systems while collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Lead the deployment strategy for GAIA 2.0 across the hotel group.
• Define and manage the multi-year budget for the project.
• Consolidate stakeholder needs and prioritize requests for tool improvements.
• Coordinate with Business, Digital & Tech (BDT) for roadmap definition and risk management.
• Act as the single point of contact for sustainability directors in business units.
• Oversee the integration of extra-financial data with other data sources.
• Analyze the market for ESG tools and available technical solutions.
• Manage complex data flows to ensure overall coherence.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical solution providers.
• Drive continuous improvement of extra-financial information systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering with a focus on digital tools and information systems.
• 8-10 years of experience in managing and deploying digital tools in international contexts.
• Interest in sustainability issues and understanding of extra-financial data.
• Proven program management skills in international environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to organizational culture.
• Ability to define directions and secure decisions amidst changing priorities.
• Strong persuasive skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in managing complex data for decision-making analysis.
