Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Veeva Systems, you will guide clients in maximizing the value of their OpenData solution while ensuring exceptional satisfaction and advocacy.

In Short

• Serve as the trusted advisor and primary support for Veeva OpenData clients
• Deliver training and education on OpenData subscription use and best practices
• Communicate feedback and strategic input to internal teams
• Manage client escalations and act as the central point of contact
• Engage clients to understand business objectives and identify value realization opportunities
• Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with sales, support, product, and marketing teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in Customer Success or a relevant client-facing role
• 1+ year of experience in the Life Sciences industry
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Client-centric mindset focused on success
• Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage complex accounts
• Proactive, strategic, and outcome-focused approach
